bought it for aprox 70 keys in unusuals (blizzardy storm oficcer´s ushanka, orbiting fire samur-eye and a galactic codex a head full of hot air)

If you bought for 70 you should suggest at 70. You also need a mini for the Samur-eye.

The person he bought it from had a B/O of 60 keys( http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/28212081 ), so due to the B/O cap it has to be 60 keys (I've already made a new suggestion for this anyway but I'm just sayin')
