If there are buyers at the suggested price, it usually means the price is too low. Best to find sales on unusuals.

A drop on unusals with sellers only needs to be at least 20%, the seller is also really young so probably a quickseller.

I will wait. If he sells meantime, I will close this.

This is invalid nonetheless since it's only a 10% drop.
