35 is definitely not valid price suggestion, made from one either quicksell or stupid trade. Even massed flies modest pile of hat is 34-40 keys and there are 28 of them in extistence and modest piles are not in any way close to peaks. Downvoted of course.

I am working on finding more trades to possibly average the price. But it is a valid suggestion as all the people out there trying to sell for 80 and above are not getting offers. That tends to mean that the price owners want for it is higher than others are willing to pay. Once I get proof of more trades I might be able to get a more accurate, possibly higher, price. And on your comment, "modest piles are not in any way close to peaks." That is your opinion. I'm certain I could find several people who think the peak is the not in any way close to the modest pile. This price is based off of the facts, and the fact is, this is the only one sold that I have ALL information on thus far.

so also explain why all peak effects cost few times more than modest pile effects. Its not about opinion, its simply fact.

I see you bought one. Unless you're willing to say just what you bought it for then you just want it unpriced for profit.

I bought alot unusuals (quickbought) for nice price, does it mean that all have to drop on price for which I or other traders bought them? There is difference between real price of hat and quicksell price of hat.

I actually see your point now. After finally getting a chance to check other sales I can see this sale I helped format is a huge outlier. So yeah.

After even further investigation I realize it not an outlier. There's just a few sales that happened at much higher price from some reason. Not totally sure at this point but leaving it as an upvote.
