He is trying to manipulate the price, it's pretty obvious that the market for these is small which means he barely ever gets a trade offer for one so this will pass solely based on his buy listing.

But I raised items which I was actually buying so I can sell them on SCM for profit, he just buys items that don't have a market for some easy suggestions.
