Notes:

Sales seem to occur most around the 30-35 key range. Two sales at 17 keys but they can be considered as outliers, not to mention there is a buyer at 17 keys: http://i.imgur.com/KeecF0Y.png

Conclusion:

Two valid sales at 35 and 30 keys, as well as a supportive sale close to 30 keys. Taking a final range of 30-35 keys.
