First of all, there's no reason to be rude, even if the OP is incorrect. Second of all, just because you don't have a lot of rep points, doesn't make you dumb/stupid. It goes the same way with having a lot of rep points, lots of rep points =/= correctness.

If this actually sold at 1.1, the classifieds seller at 1 key + 1.66 ref would not need nearly 2 months to sell it
Well, the buyer is there and the classies and OP aren't that close to each other, should I simply close or resuggest with a range of 1.08 - 1.1?
You can leave it up if you want, but I'm against all these key suggestions. A majority of these keys are traded at a value of, or in place of, 1 key. That's obviously impossible to prove, but I'm not sure if one buyer at 1.05, or 1.1 here, really outweighs all these 'sellers' we can't see. Of course, this is just my personal opinion. If another mod sees differently and chooses to accept, that's fine with me.
I will have to disagree there, many of these, especially older, keys, have a small market and are often not purchasable at the price of a regular key, thus leading the potential buyer to be forced to buy them off of the Mann Co. Store which in my opinion justifies a higher price than regular keys. The buyer is potentially a key collector, or simply an unboxer that is interested in a slightly lower price than the one on the Mann Co. Store.
