I bought this hat from the market for $51.66 USD. this proves that there are people (like myself) who is willing to pay that much for this hat and for this effect (there were also cheaper ones that had different effects on the market at the same time) . please also note that i'm not trying to selling this. for i really like the hat and the effect so this hat will be sitting in my backpack for a very long time.
a) screenshot your market history
b) scm sales have a range from what the seller recieved to what you paid
there you have it the screenshot is up on my steam profile named proof

http://backpack.tf/profiles/76561197998934095#!/compare/1466467200/1466553600 I bought mine for 12 keys amd 1 ref. (Although the seller was only up for ~30 minutes) He paid 11 keys while that seller was only up for ~12 hours if I recall correctly.
And with you paying 51.66 usd (~20.5 keys), the seller recieved 44.93 usd (~18 keys)
Correction on the conversion for your scm sale. (Key price on scm on June 18th was 2.39-2.45, so took 2.42 as the average)
51.66 usd / 2.42 usd = 21.347 keys (rounded to 21)
44.93 usd / 2.42 usd = 18.566 keys (rounded to 19)
Ressugest this. ur not deducting the tax from SCM and there's currently a valid sale which was show by wiz^ please do keep in mind suggestions doesnt work like this
