My first suggestion, I need all the help I can get...

Just sold this hat for 8 keys + 20 ref + s.k. flare gun with critical kills (2 keys) + strange sapper (1.4 keys) =12.4 keys

My buyout was 13 keys.

It is duped, but I don't know if it matters much at this level. All help and feedback appreciated :)

You can't have your buyout in the price if it wasn't reached/capped.

Pretty sure there's more sales too.

Duped does matter.

If you can find sales of clean ones, I would be more than happy to re-suggest.

Duped sales can always be used to raise, and duped/clean doesn't matter on low tier items such as this, duped sale < clean sale.

Doesn't make up for everything else that is wrong with this suggestion.
