110 (old high-end) is now irrelevant since 90 failed to sell at 1 week.
1 unsold at 90, 1 at 100. Proof below.
It is likely that the more we wait, the lower this hat will go for, or a sale will occur, resulting in the above range in any case.

Criticism appreciated
the one for 100 keys turned down $200 US on scm, and with keys as low as they were a week ago and now the buyer almost was offering to pay the 100 keys (buyer of course getting 10% less). really should be over a month unsold to drop a hat with this high of a buyout at least and there are recent sales . how do they checkout? i know 1 sale was with a scammer fence... idk. info kinda incomplete here
I've taken the $200 SCM in consideration. That is the equivalent of 80 keys after taxes. How is a twenty keys difference almost 100 keys?
There's also an unsold at more than a month and a half from the second guy. If 30% off its current low-end price fails to sell within a week, it is more than reasonable to exclude 110 (measly 12% off) from the range.
90 has still only been unsold for a week. Would really want that to mature some more first; suggestion will probably be left up.
I also had another suggestion at 100-110 that was up for ten days if it's possible to use that as support. I respect your decision nonetheless.
*clap, clap*
Close to a month after suggesting to wait things are still the same
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/28305440 still at 100 keys
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/28269664 still at 90 keys
Even if it did sell at 90 or 100 keys my suggestion would still be valid, I'd only have to substitute the unsold with the corresponding sale. Least of my intention being arrogant, I don't see why this hasn't been updated yet. Each day passing by where this hasn't been updated puts newbie traders at risk of making a bad investment and getting screwed over
