With both myself and a classified buyer at 13 keys, 14 is too low and an outlier

buyer at 13 proves 13 is too low not 14

It's a one key difference, compared to a four key range which is incorrect unless other sales can be found.

1 key is an 8% difference, pretty significant for a lower priced unusual

An Australium Force alone is 13 keys, professional adds quite a bit more, enough to bring it up to 17-18 keys so your sale is really supporting proof for this suggestion and not counter evidence.
