100 and 110 are in a rather close range, 85.5 is farer away than those two.

Eh barely, 85-110 is a fine range.

Eh, I have to go with Salvage on this one. The sale at 85 is not only really old and about to become outdated, but was involved in a bulk deal for a higher hat that was also outdated at the time. And the sales Salvage provided are way more recent than the 85 one.
