Nope, those sellers don't counter the price being suggested. If anything, they don't support the drop.

If a few of those sell, however, then 11.66 ref can be considered a common trading point, and a range of 11.33-11.66 ref would work. But so far, no sales at 11.66 ref have been provided, so this price is fine at the moment.
