Sold for 45 keys pure, some keys have odd histories as they were immediately traded afterwards, but you can see 45 on both sides all sharing the same history.

Only recent usable sale, hat is now mine and won't be sold for a long while. One sale should be just fine.

Isn't yours sold with Secret Tyrolean (200) for D@D KE (340)? Shouldn't that make a range?

No, that has nothing to do with it. One sale is perfectly fine as I don't plan on selling it for a while. If I was selling it then an extra sale would be required.

What I mean is you are using it as the ONLY sale to price that hat. I know about 1 sale rule, but in this case we have 2 recent sales, so I'm wondering if we should including both and make a range.

I can't use the KE sale to price this hat as the Razor Cut occupied less than 50% of the deal.

Given the exception rule for keeping an item was made void by your sale, doesnt that mean the Scorching Old Man should be updated with its single sale that doesnt involve the Razor (its 220 one) and then that in turn can be used along with this sale you have provided to have 2 valid sales on the Razor. Range here would work out at 200-215

The sale 1 is really old. I would use the old man frost to price this, and I would probably give this a range of ~170-200 based on this b/o - http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/28204700 - that was up for a month+
