I think you need unsold at 1.55 to remove that from the range.

Edit: After looking through that user's backpack, they did sell it. However, the 2nd 1.33 seller hasn't sold theirs for 7 Months.

1.33 Refined would be better than 1.44 Refined, I feel.

I will have to disagree there, the 7 months old seller @1.33 (or potentially even both) must've recently lowered his price, since it is hard to determine the exact time I wouldn't use him as sole proof, the classies also don't support 1.33 as of right now, even though I'm almost certain that this will drop to 1.33 sooner or later right now it is too early, 1.44 seems more solid.
