Hopefully this evidence works that as you can see It's not selling @ 13 Keys even with a 2 Key paint. Scrap bot has it @ 11 and a bit Keys and one sold on outpost for 12 keys with the lime paint (Yes it's the same one being sold now)

You don't subtract for paint, it's ignored completely. If it sold for 12 keys (and you need to prove that, not just link a B/O), suggest at 12 keys.

Not only that; all sales from the previous suggestion that were used to set the range are still valid. That'd give this a range of 12-14, which is current already.

This hat does not need an update.
