there was a bo at the moment of sale, but this guy already tryed to make this suggestion once and foamy said 280 335 was better

Eh I guess it'll be close enough. 280 definitely should have been included (as that took a month and a half to sell), but 350 is a personal matter. I dont like the idea of setting the high end artificially at 350 because the sale itself is simply an outlier. Under normal circumstances the BO wouldve been ignored here (it was there for an hour, if it ever was there, but Ill take their word for that), and at 425 the sale is obviously an outlier. So in my eyes, 335 would have been a better high end here. However, thats a personal preference, and not really a hard rule I base that on.

As it is, this will be accepted as "better than current"/"close enough".

The reason i didn't include 280 was because all of the others sales were higher and took less than a week or less than a day in the case of the 2 highest sales

yeah but the "sale went fast" argument shouldnt be used here. if 280 had been for sale for nearly 2 months before selling, then obviously the higher sales arent quicksale values, hence it should have been included. This is slightly too high, but close enough. Accepting as is.
