I don't believe the KaW is relevant here.

I'm guessing your sale here is going to be an outlier.
Eh the seller has 5 trades on outpost, hasnt bumped it in 3 days and has less than 300 hours on tf2. I'm going to go ahead and say he's new.
Well, if it was really worth 455 keys pure, it would probably have had a lot more interest than that by now. Anyways, this is one of those that will be left for a month, so we'll find out soon enough.
