So? The seller @4 could sell to him which would make this suggestion invalid.

Edit: Him already having bought two would at least make a range of 4 - 4.44.

Did you check how much he bought for?

Not possible since his BP was tracked only 2 times, while a range wouldn't be possible that way it at least counters 4.
