Should be fine, polar accepted the hellfire sugg where i Used this sugg as a mini (since the RA sold), so that proves that this is even more correct at 200 :P

its being used there and caps at a BO of 170, but I guess that further proves that this flat value is probably too high

then why did my hellfire one get accepted by polar ;c. I literally used this sugg to price it

In the mod comments I actually adviced against the refresh on the wraith; at the time of the sale, I thoroughly minied both wraiths. Back then, the hell wraith had another (albeit poorly usable sale) that would be as much as 50 keys lower, and the RA one had a couple of sales that would put it at ~170 on avg. Only issue back then was one hat with no possible mini.

Thus I believe 300 based on this sale would be too high for the hell wraith, given the situation at that time. It was probably handled quickly due to the age of the sale.

Well, the reggae sale hadn't happened yet. The sale will be around 160. So this would be 160-200. 160-200 vs 200 flat is a big difference. A difference of 280 vs 300 on the hellfire wraith is not that big a difference.
