My B/O was 25 for about a month, then I lowered it to 23. The buyer asked me to reserve it about 3 days after I lowered my B/O, and said he would pay 25 keys once they become tradable. Big thank you to the buyer for keeping to his/her word :)
X = 25

i realy dont see why a bo of 23 would become 25 for a suggestion, idk about this
If a sale is in full pure, the B/O is, in most cases, ignored.
I agree with you here. We need to remember that we are trying to capture the value of the item. Someone paying an extra 2 keys to reserve the item is paying 2 extra keys as a service fee, independent of the value of the item. So in this case, it should be valued at 23 keys.
In some cases we can ignore the b/o. Let me give an example. Say a trader unboxes a new hat and lists it at a b/o of 100 keys. 10 buyers add him right away offering 100 keys. They compete with each other, and eventually one of them pays 200 keys in pure for the item. In this case, the VALUE of the item is clearly not 100 in pure. It's 200 keys. In this case the b/o can be ignored.
In the end, this is close enough, it doesn't really matter.
