It's capped at 45, so even if, I don't think it's necessary to mini the hat. Either way, this sale is more than likely an outlier.

Taking 30-35 keys. Many sales to support the low end, the high end isn't too high judging by Deltoh's OP trade, and 45 is basically disproven due to multiple sales in a range of 30-33 keys alone.
