There are no recent usable sales and that is why I am using the 1 month old unsold to drop this, a drop by 100 keys is pretty significant and dropping with a seller should be fine (now).

does he have an outpost link or some proof he's been at 700 for a month?

Look at my previous attempt with this item ( https://backpack.tf/suggestion/575caa5183de6b12730f62a1 ), he's one of those relisters (isn't that like forbidden?).

ya, but there's no proof it's been listed the whole time for that price. for all anyone knows he could've changed the price 20 times in the last month :S should really use sales on this
