The second is when I decided I missed my old one so much that I bought another. I paid with the Deep Cover (50 keys, freshly priced at time of trade) + 11 keys = 61 keys. I had also threw in a pro phlog, but will leave that out of this suggestion as the prices very widely and is not a priceable item anyway.

Making a range of 61 - 65. I could not find any other legit trades of this item for a LONG time.
meh I feel like you should do 65 flat instead of ignoring the pro killstreak strange phlog (which can be valued)
I'll wait and see what they say. I'd be fine with that. I just know killstreak items can't be priced.
They can't be priced, but can be mini'd and valued, which looking at SCM, I'd agree with Vrakos on 65 flat.
A S.pro phlog is ~3-4 keys; that would make that sale very close to 65.
For items like those, you can just use SCM averages or lowest classified sellers, unless there are specific indications that the sheen and streaker (or potential strange parts) mattered for the person that made the trade. In that case, you can filter the classifieds for similar items and take the lowest that meet the requirements (but then again, only as a desperate measure, something like that can be done).
For most traders, the only restriction I see regarding pro ks weps is "not hypnobeam" (other than myself or people like myself that are after specific sheen/streaker combos, but those preferences vary for everyone, so you cant really incorporate that), so for many of them, you can just take the lowest non-hypno classified seller (which is nearly always the lowest or one of the lowest anyway).
