Since my last suggestion this way was accepted, I'll do a few more of the easier ones.

Keys selling at ~£1.85
Sales:
£0.56 (outlier)
£2.92 (buyer received £2.48)
£3.02
£3.32 (buyer received £2.82)
Seller:
1x £3.61
High end = Highest seller + fees (highest someone willing to pay):
£3.32 / 1.85 = ~1.79, rounding to 1.8 keys.
Low end = Lowest seller - fees (lowest someone willing to sell):
£2.92 * 0.85 = £2.48
£2.48 / 1.85 = 1.34, rounding to 1.3 keys.
Hopefully the range of 1.3 - 1.8 isn't too big on this one, but I'll let it run. Feedback below as always.
The mods mentioned that these suggestions are accepted because there aren't any proper sales. I don't really approve of such suggestions because the mods will most likely wait until there are proper sales before closing your suggestion. Unless there are no counter sales for a long time for example a week, then this suggestion will get accepted.
I'm currently checking with the mods to see why these suggestions are getting accepted, neutral for now.

"I would prefer to keep these items priced based on SCM which will be automatically refreshed / accurate. If a suggestion is made, they will be updated a lot more infrequently and more likely inaccurate. I think this does more harm than good on items <10 keys in value." -polar

In this case, I would consider making an exception only because there is a huge discrepancy between lowest seller and sales. If one of those sellers sells though, sale would be over 3 keys and this will be closed.
