Recently sold for $5.75 and $2.01. However, $2.01 seems incredibly lower, considering there are buyers at around that price.
High End = $5.75
Low End = $5 (price after tax)
5.75 / 2.44 = ~2.35
5 / 2.44 = ~2
2.44 is the current scm price for keys

You can't call a sale an outlier without proving it with a third sale, on many items there are buyers "around that price", yet the price is perfectly fine, it's probably best to wait for another sale here.
If there are buyers at that price then chances are the price is too low... how are you brown belt again xD
I hope both you boys know that disliking comments doesn't really do anything. Also, no matter what differences you guys have, Salvage is correct. A third sale must determine which is the outlier. You can't just assume "hmm this sale looks high so I'm not using it"
I don't need a third sale for an item of this rarity. Buyers and sellers here can easily dictate that 2.01 is 100% an outlier

New SCM sale and listing are both under 2 keys anyways.
