That's not really what I said/meant, when a buyer bumps and then doesn't bump for ~2 days ("Bumped 2 days ago by ..") then it is invalid (except if he actually is still buying), when a buyer never bumps then that doesn't apply, the buyer hasn't bought any in the last 14 days, so he doesn't really counter. The proof for 16.66 is weak here though, 16.33 seems much more solid even though a buyer is countering (there are unsolds for >1 day so 16.33 should be possible).
