Bulk
Only one sale?
Not the mention the only sale you have listed here is fairly bulky. Should probably wait for more sales

I see your point, but it still doesn't change the fact that there should be another actual sale here instead of "bulk"
But it being bulk isnt a "fact" its just wrong. There are 2 sales shown here. 1 cant be used because as stated in the suggestion it is a bulk sale. The other one is not a bulk sale as the hat occupies (and I say again) over 80% of the trade. So this 1 sale is fine to update the hat.
If you resell for more then feel free to counter but until that time, there is nothing wrong with the sale.

There needs to be 2 actual sales here. If a sale doesn't have any significance to the suggestion its essentially useless. For instance, if I made a suggestion for a hat with two sales classified as "bulk", I wouldn't be able to submit that suggestion :/
There is no need for two sales when updating an unusual. You could even price an unpriced hat with one sale if certain conditions are met.
If this is the only valid sale, then it's fine. It's only dropping 10 keys, which is like 4%. Believe me, in terms of reselling you will prefer to have it up-to-date.
I wouldn't have even bought this unusual if I knew it was going to lower soon after :/

10 keys for a ~250 keys hat is nothing. If someone wants to buy it, paying 250 or 260 in pure keys or unusuals won't make a difference.
And i'm not disliking your comments, if that matters.
Updating the price with a single sale is perfectly fine, only for establishing a new price 2 sales are required, the sale is also perfectly fine to use as the Masque comfortably makes up >50% of the trade. No need to be upset just because your hat is dropping. :D

Im fairly certain 5 in existence shouldn't be considered as "very rare"
I am being completely neutral here, your statement is just plainright wrong, I also don't really get how that quote from the rules has anything to do with this suggestion.
If you were to have actually read the bp.tf pricing rules I think that you might actually understand the context -.-

It doesnt specifically. It says you need at least 2 for unpriced items. If you can find me something saying I can't then I'll take it down but I've had plenty accepted from one sale, I see no reason why this should be an exception.
