This one is going to count as a complex sale. Really shouldn't use the rotation to price this. My general rule of thumb is that I won't accept suggestions where the value of the suggested hat is based entirely on a sale in which it represents less than 50% of the value of the trade.

But the Condor occupies more than 50% of the trade?

Its value here is 190 keys. The value of the rotation is 430 keys. Not a good idea to use a 430 key hat to price a 190 key hat. And the trade you show here probably suggests that the rotation is too high.
