From my understanding your backpack value has to be worth at least as much as the item that is getting priced to vote on it. Salvage's is only worth like 150 keys.

Well if you make good suggestions and vote correct your vote power goes up. For example, my backpack is around 700 keys but I can vote on suggestions above 4,000 keys.

You know what vote power is, which means that you have some general knowledge of the site, yet, you don't have any idea how it works, what?
