Personally think that this should be re-suggested at 220 flat since the Razor cut is based off one sale on the premise that the hat wasnt going to be resold under the exception rule of rare hats going to collectors/people not intending to resell. However the suggestor then resold the hat invalidating that exception.
So really I would re-suggest the Old Man with its 1 sale as an update and then use it in conjunction with the other Razor Cut sale to give it a more accurate price for the first time Razor.
Mods will probably decide this is close enough for both of them though but wanted to put in my thoughts anyway for when they review.
Agree. Except I don't think this will be counted as "close enough." http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/28204700 - b/o on the razor was 170 for a month. Before that it was 200 in unusuals (and he would still have probably taken 170 in pure). Valuing that at 215 is going to be too high.
I would go with 220 flat here and use this to price the razor
