I guess you can't use SCM sales? I sold this hat for a little over 100 keys (IIRC) in SCM bux around two months ago, and 90 keys worth of funds today.

Even if neither is acceptable proof, I think you're missing a couple recent sales.

Buyer received ~100, seller paid 116. Mean value in the trade of 108. 73 does indeed look like an outlier here now. Maybe 88 flat counting 73 and 108 as outliers on either end.
