That isnt how a suggestion/pricing works. There are many 1 of 1 hats out there priced very low on the simple matter that rarity does not always effect the value. Even a 1 of 1 hat can be something that nobody likes or wants so it sells for very little whereas a 1 of 10 could be priced higher because the effect is nicer.

You need sales to price and item.
