Not exactly 5% but rather <5%
4.66/100*5 = 0.233 this means that a change has to be larger than 0.233 to be a >5% change, why don't people these days know how to calculate percentages? :I
Since this suggestion's fate is decided by which mod will handle it, neutral.
Also, this is how the 'classies thing' is supposed to be like.
Easier way for everyone to understand it: Percentage = (Current price - New price) / (Current price) * 100
4.7% is really close, so i guess this will pass anyways.
That's more complicated but ok, comes to the same result.
