Well,it has been bought for 17 keys pure,and since there isn't a specific price,i think it should not be considered as a quciskell.(or discount)

you normally need two* (thanks salvage :D) sales to price an item, unless you buy it to keep it. but the guy is reselling it, that means we have to wait till he sold it to figure out if this is a quicksell

According to Cashew this was a shark, I am personally against using this sale too (obviously low), but at first glance it seemed to be the only sale and if he wasn't reselling this would've been fine.

Since this owner is reselling, and since 17 is very low for this, this will likely get plenty of (pure) offers higher than this, which will cause this to fail.

If there are offers / buyers for more, then I count the sale as an outlier even if it's the only sale. Closing this one up. Offer of 27 keys shows that 17 keys is not representative of value here.
