You literally countered yourself by providing that seller at 1.5. Also, you can't increase the value of items on sellers alone.

Turns out it was sold.

it was 2 days unbumped and buyers at 1.66 show 1.66 is low

You need to provide links to the item listed on classifieds (their history, in case any sales do occur after you took your screenshot of the sellers in general).

You need to provide the profile links of the buyers, to check whether they're successful in buying the item at their wanted price.

Your transaction, plus buyers support a bit of a rise. Would need a couple more sales at 1.88 refined to say that 1.88 refined is the way to go.

The buyers @1.66 managed to buy quite a few, if anything then that should be included in the range, but since that would be a <5% change you can't do that either, I don't think a single sale will cut it here.
