Attempted to raise with him before, failed though, look at how many listings he has for a higher price and how many items he has in his inventory, it should be pretty obvious that he's not actually buying most of these items, also, there are two sellers @4.66.

one seller just went and the other is pretty young. and that guy still has lots of ref. if he was fake, wouldn't his listings have been closed by now?

Jokes aside, I have reported him previously but that led to no answer, I previously have sent him trade offers though and they have been declined, it would probably be best to get an owner of one of these to send the buyer a trade offer to confirm his validness.

If you've sent this user trade offers for open listings and they have been declined, report the listings and include that proof. I have seen no such reports with evidence from you.
