45 is high for sure, but I also think 14 might be low. That seller has been offered (allegedly, but lying would be counter-intuitive) a OC Titanium Tower (Open suggestion at 21.5). I think 22 flat would be more appropriate.

i was offered an overclocked titanium, I rejected it because it was being quicksold for 23 on outpost during the time and I wanted 30 for it
