This is still unboxable iirc so I doubt it should be considered glitched at all. If Valve removed this item from the unboxing system, they would've specifically stated that they did so. Valve however stated that they fixed the effects, not that the items were no longer unboxable. :s

We will see, if no more of those get unboxed i would not be surprised to see this get flipped for even more.

Yea its not a glitch. Valve even made a patch to fix the effects not showing on the hatless hats.

I would expect more of them to show up if hat was still unboxable - but i may be wrong...

I believe there's a bubbling one somewhere, it was on the market a little while ago for $120, backpack.tf hasn't recognized it as a hat yet.
