The 16 keys in sweets includes:

2 keys pure, A Pro ks SF Revolver ( 4.5 ), A pink painted cute suit w/ parts ( we agreed on 7 ), a white painted merc's muffler ( 1 ), and a Teufort Knight ( 1.3 )

2 + 4.5 + 7 + 1 + 1.3 = 15.8, rounding to 16.
