Thats higher than the hazmatten sale even. The two most recent sales are the higher ones; I dont think this displays a proper common trading point here

Well Ive made him a bunch of offers, but he declined them. Whilst not having made an actual sale, I guess the offers support the higher sales here rather than the low ones

I think this is a situation where it's best left unpriced for the time-being. Sales are all over the place. Impossible to pin down a price.

Why don't we do 54-94? It should be fine to have a large range as it's unpriced and it'll show its value better.
