I do know that duped hats Worth less but since there's no clean ones around i'll try to take a shot. :)
Only clean one that exists publicly has not been for sale in 8 months, so the duped price is probably fair, although I would still investigate what the clean one sold for, even if it was a long time ago, as it would not be fair to price this off of the duped if the duped sale is CONSIDERABLY less than the clean one. Otherwise, looks good.
Eh, this was the last time it hit the market - http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/27432051. I really prefer not using duped sales to set prices unless it has been at least a year since the clean has sold, but I could be swayed here. Seller there is an inactive trader. I'd like more opinions here.
Im normally not too fond of it either, but it may be okay here: last time I checked this hat (~10 months-1year ago), sales and sellers were around 80 as well, and there was a really really high sale (150+), which looked like an outlier at that time already. Since this was mostly pure and since the other one evidently isnt going to hit the market soon, I wouldnt really be against it in this case
