Based it of the price for two other 2nd-gen effects(Blizzardy storm(55) and steaming(22)), and compensated a little for the fact that there are two in existence. Unfortunately I could not find any sales of the only other one in existence. I believe I am pricing it fairly, even though I am the owner.
