No outside evidence, no case. There's also no other usable sales on this slug regardless, and the amount of time taken to sell it for this "quicksell" price alludes to the fact it is worth less than the clean version of the same hat.

Just cause he says it is a quicksell doesn't mean it is. If it doesn't sell quickly it is not a quicksell.
He actually could price this lower as there's a seller of the GE L'Homme at 100 and he could round 186 to 185, but this should be fine.

10 keys + the slug left his bp, and 48 keys and the rifle enter. That means 8 keys from the slug trade were invested in the rifle.
The difference however is gonna be minimal as theres a 2nd sale close to his, so this should be okay
