Going with 40 - 44

Hey just wanna make sure you remember the fact that the Toque you Traded to me was indeed strange version and that the strangifier for this cosmetic is currently around 8 keys. Because as I see it this is a price suggestion for the non strange version :)

Firstly, I never traded this with you. Secondly only stranges at are unboxed with the unusual effect can not be priced for an unusual. Adding a strange onto it is fine.

You can price an unusual off of a strange version as long as the hat has a strangifier.
