Previous owner was selling thing hat for ~1 year that means that it needs a drop. And I cant see any offers on it and any offers near his BO. So, that was just a sale. Let me know if you will sell it for more than 24.

I'm currently selling it for 27 keys, I have it listed here and on tf2outpost.

It wasn't a quicksell, the OP trade was open for 7 months, it's clearly overpriced, this sale is perfectly fine to use.
