Forgot to add the Non-Craftable Lumbricus Lid which is worth 63 keys...
I don't see an uncraft lid on either side of the trade.
Not usable since i added paypal in that sale. Can provide proof if needed, but im not willing to disclose the amount I added
The seller at 150 also rarely even bumps his trade and it frequently expires. For instance, when i purchased the item that trade wasn't even up
Need to provide proof that paypal was added. As demonstrated in the recent TC suggestion, if paypal proof is not provided this "loophole" is no longer valid.
Even if the 150 seller is not recently bumped, 5 months is a LONG time. Hell, even without a sale I'd say that was valid enough for a B/O drop.
http://prntscr.com/c4ymnb Sent him the money awhile after because i needed to sell some stuff first.
Also the 150 seller has people interested in buying it but they don't seem to actually get any responses. If you look at the trade it shows that he doesn't even seem to accept invites that often
So the trade occurred by the 7th, but you only sent money today, just now?
With the best will in the world, gee that isn't suspicious at all...
Well yes? I had to gather the money as stated previously
It's all awfully convenient to prevent a big drop to your inventory is all. Apologies.
Well if this helps my case at all (probably doesn't considering im getting disliked af) I have an inbound offer currently significantly higher than this
http://prntscr.com/c4yqvw Offered a green confetti noh mercy for the hazmat + allbrero + circling heart texas ten gallon
http://backpack.tf/profiles/76561198086605050#!/compare/1469836800/1469923200 ~595
http://backpack.tf/profiles/76561198086605050#!/compare/1466467200/1466726400 ~600
http://backpack.tf/profiles/76561198086605050#!/compare/1467504000/1467676800 ~590
At least 500. 500 - 178 - 70 = 252 not a very good offer imo but more than this
http://prntscr.com/c4z1g2
575 - 70 - 43 - 44.5 - 35 - 40 - 21.5 = 321
I also accidently sent someone an offer (roboactive wraith wrap + darkblaze sombrero + purple confetti pyromancer's hood for my hazmat, ~350) that they accepted almost instantly (<1 minute). I asked them for it back and after some consideration they let me take it back. I reverted the trade because I had meant to send for the cloudy moon sombrero instead of the darkblaze one. http://prntscr.com/c4yvm3
The noh mini is interesting, I mini'd it less than a month ago at 390... http://backpack.tf/suggestion/57823931c440452a1a6aaa20
And the second screenshot is useless unless you list effects...
Nonetheless, I spoke to the seller and he confirmed the details. https://gyazo.com/58d92c0933e14ea4f47251f0402cbc79
Though I'm still not 100% confident this is all legit... pieces that shouldn't fit together neatly do too easily. Anyway, whether they're legit or not, they work, this won't pass right away. Well done?

http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/27877062 B/O 150 Haz
Definitely a low outlier xD I've bought and sold it multiple times for more than that. Not just me though. Pretty much every sale (slightly outdated or not) is significantly more than that. I also showed that I had multiple offers for a lot higher than 150 and that the hazmat owner was not only inactive, but actually seemingly had people willing to buy his hat.
My assumption is that he might've changed his price or maybe even closed down his trade for awhile since there is a pretty big gap between offers on the trade. http://prntscr.com/c4zgpn
At current, the information given about the B/O here is correct. However the seller is demonstrably active now, having responded to an offer 14 hours ago. I imagine this situation will go as follows: This suggestion will stay open; should the 150 seller sell, his sale will be capped at 150, and since you purchased it for at least 176 but won't confirm if more, I would consider 176 a valid high-end. If the seller doesn't sell, 150 is still a valid low-end because there's an unsold at that value, with the same logic applying for the high end.. So unless you disclose the amount of paypal given, I would consider this suggestion valid.
I have no reason to disclose the information because the offers I've received should EASILY be enough to prove that this suggestion is invalid. The item will likely sell shortly (might be wrong since the seller rarely seems to check on or even bump the trade) but I doubt it wouldn't be considered as a low outlier. Makes no sense to have the 150 seller counted when I've received multiple offers for higher and paid significantly more.
Except they're not... there's no values on the screenshot with the Rifleman because you havent shown effects, and your Noh Mini is way too high... and we dont know you paid "significantly more" because you won't tell us you paid significantly more. There's no loophole to be had here, I'm afraid.
The noh mercy mini isn't high at all? 3 minis for ~600 vs a couple outdated ones you provided in an old suggestion? I'm pretty sure my minis aren't high at all...
http://prntscr.com/c4zobv Here's proof that it was burning.
An item doesn't spike 210 keys in less than a month for no reason. Especially not an ancient, duped item. My mini was valid. Your mini is high.
And the other hats? Still not actually proving any value.
Perhaps because your mini is outdated? The sales you provided are 2-3+ months old by now and my sales are only a few weeks old at best
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/28404877 Seller at 500.
You mini is high.
Can you attempt to read please? http://prntscr.com/c4zs49 I considered that into my calculations accordingly
Can you be slightly less rude please? I'm aware of what you said, but using a B/O just because there are higher sales (which I've looked at now, they're flimsy at best) is not good practice. 500 flat is not a valid value.
Lol so this suggestion is allowed to use a b/o as a low end yet im not allowed to use a b/o for my mini?
Not when there are sales below the B/O, no.
Your "sales" don't even seem to be in date?
Well the only thing there that makes me think it hasnt been there for 5 months at that price is the fact that he declined 80 on the tyrannus in april and then accepted 70 two months later, which'd indicate that 150 has been there for around a month and a half (as apparently he lowered his prices around that time), which is pretty solid. I also dont think hes really inactive, he has a ton of views on that trade. He may not bump as much as an autobumper, but doesnt seem completely inactive (he replied to offers within 5 hours)
Btw, people saying "I may buy this hat, Ill let you know" do not consitute as direct buyers. I've had 20 of those this month alone, and you may guess how many of them actually bought my hat. The answer is zero.
In my honest opinion you should just disclose the paypal. unless it was 300 dollar or so, this suggested value is most definitely better than current, judging by that seller. There is absolutely no reason not to disclose it here. This can get a range with 150 as low end and your sale with paypal as high end. Im not opposed to a really large range here as the drop is imminent, but the magnitude seems uncertain.
Saying paypal was involved but refusing to show how much serves no purpose; It is only most frustrating for suggesters and moderators to see someone point out a 'mistake', who then refuses to show what the right scenario is.
Past suggestions have been declined solely based upon people not providing paypal information. Why should I have to disclose how much I added if other people dont? I've already provided proof that I've gotten significantly higher offers than 150 or 176 so doing so is incredibly unnecessary
Past suggestions have. Hence more people are taking advantage of that situation. And hence we're considering changing how we think about those situations.
You haven't proven anything, as I've repeated several times. It's not unnecessary at all.
Lol when have you "repeated several times" exactly?
Almost literally every comment after your reply to ghost.
sry i dont see it but it shouldn't matter. The sale shouldn't be considered valid and the seller definitely shouldn't either
Please read foamy's comment. I've exhausted my patience with this.
Then stop replying please your only purpose here is seemingly to dislike all my comments
I have disliked exactly two of your comments. Please don't be petty.
Ive always disagreed with that, because I see people using it as a means to prevent suggestions from dropping their hats. (or to avoid sales being used, like with the c9 beard and the shadows hwnn).
The most important difference between this and the case(s) you're referring to, is that in other situations, its a hat that only has one sale: in the most recent case, it was a 1/1 hat with only one usable sale "paypal" was involved, blocking the suggestion. Unsurprisingly, the hat was sold for around the suggested value later on by that same buyer (even less if I recall correctly), so that suggestion was blocked while it was actually close enough.
In this case, theres a very significant indicator pointing towards this as a better value than the two year outdated value it currently bears, namely a solid unsold at 150 for, well, a significant amount of time. Even if your sale ends up to be 300 or so, then 150-175 is still closer to the actual value (which then would be 150-300, which is closer to 150-175 than to 410).
"paypal was involved" is not what makes or breaks this suggestion in my eyes; it only will when the amount of paypal is significant enough here. But then again, thats my opinion; Ill definitely let another mod check it out.
Foamy you keep trying to address the fact that im unwilling to disclose the amount I had added but that really shouldn't matter. Shouldn't the fact that I've received multiple offers for higher be easily enough to disprove the sale and seller provided?
Well as I just told you on Steam, that GC noh offer for a bunch of your hats definitely doesnt disprove of this value, and you offering the hat around on stuff doesnt either imo. For all I know it was the dude you offered on that requested the chargeback.
I also wanna point out that in that chargeback trade, the wraith is duped, the mancer priced on a hype sale where the hype died (because it was the only sale back then), and the guad is a year outdated. None of those bear solid values; your hat being offered on them supports a drop :P
[edit]
Offers such as those would support a range here. If you choose to disclose the pp amount involved, they'd support the range rather than your purchase being the outlier due to the unsold here.
If you're referring to this:
http://backpack.tf/suggestion/57846cf58667476c5d570316
That was a clean one; and the sale was already an outlier for a clean version based on sellers (because the spaceman is too high, probably).
A dupe was selling for much less recently, and has been unsold at 170 for ages, so wont be much more than that.
Not sure why the PP was added almost a week after the trade occurred. It seems awfully sketchy and there shouldn't have been any reason to withhold the money (except for "gathering the money"). You also can't just say that the undisclosed PP amount doesn't matter ( https://puu.sh/qzOg6/46efd4fcd0.png ). Frankly, we can't just take your word for it. You're wasting a lot of people's times (including moderators like Foamy)
@trader
Stop complaining that everyone's downvoting you if you won't even disclose half of the information... Being sketchy and putting the details out later doesn't help anyone and only hurts your credibility ( https://puu.sh/qzNWB/04ee729867.png )
Just show the damn paypal amount. Again, withholding information doesn't help anyone and it just makes you look childish. Just because in the past there have been suggestions with undisclosed paypal amounts doesn't mean that you should never ever have to show the amount... Just because the mods allowed something in the past doesn't mean that it was a good decision (I mean no disrespect towards the mods)
