Bulk sales are perfectly usable if one hat sold for many and the suggestion is for the one. That needs to be used.

The "bulk" sale was apparently the Gauzed + Pyromancer for the Stash. It probably needs to be included in range.

135-185 is a perfectly valid range.

The 135 keys pure sale was most likely a quicksale considering that it was sold to a quickbuyer: http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/28399088

Then it was resold for the Gibus + keys, so that leaves us with two sales that are not that far away from eachother.

131 Quick}Buyer

131 is extremely close to 135, who knows if he lowered his price after buying it. 135-185 will work here if your minis are right and there isn't any other sale.

And please, treat every suggestion on the most unbiased way possible. It's not right that you always dismiss lower sales on hats you own, and higher sales on hats you don't own without a valid reason.
