Also, comments on the outpost counter your suggestion. He rejected offer of Strange Unusual Duck Billed Hatypus (Ancient Eldritch) + c.9 pile + c.9 cotton = 336. That's almost 100 over your suggested price. I'd close this for now.

Theres obviously a reason why its not included within the current c/o. Likely because the offer simply isnt valid
the reason why he declined was because he didn't think that it was high enough, but the offer actually got higher because gent's updating one of the hats by a lot.
Also, the "c/o" isn't really even a c/o. It's more like a declined offer page. He clearly stated that it was too low.
C/o means collecting offer, meaning that he wants to take the offer, but the offerer doesn't have the items yet.

If the offerer doesnt even have the items yet the offer isnt even relevant in this scenario
then there are two types of c/os.. if c/o meant best current offer, then there would never be a such thing as "declined offers"
