Rolling with 245-295.
Lets go upvote
Sale2 is "offered on" instead of "sold for"
Also, we considered on both side that he was largely overpaying for multiple reasons
I dont really agree with this suggestion, but since i own it, i assume my opinion have no worth here..
It doesn't matter if you own one, your opinion is valid as long as it is unbiased.
I'm french & using a basic english, i've maybe bad worded my feeling but anyway ^^
So yeah, my opinion about this is :
I have no info about the others sales, but what i know about mine is:
The seller offered his cottonHead on rotation + 60 pure, (he dont wanted anything other than keys on top, he was only looking for an endgame hat
and some keys for the rest of his set. He knowingly overpaid for this reasons
We got 3 sales:
a 330 one ("sold for.." apparently)
a 295 one ("sold for.." apparently)
a 245 one ("offered on..", involving a pure part) (mine)
Difference between 245 & 295 is higher than 295 & 330 (and obviously between 245 & 330 its definitly too high)
- i think an average of the 3 should be more appropriate, something like : 245+295+330 = 870 / 3 = 290 avg
- or even considering the 245 one as outlier/quicksell, and rolling with 295-330
not sure if its 100% "unbiased", tried to be the most ^^ (thanks googleTrad for unbiased)
I'd still love to hear the opinion of the "suggest's pros" or mods about this
I don't really know what you mean with "offered" it appears that a sale has happened, and it doesn't matter which hat was offered on which, also, we don't calculate the average price, we use ranges, the low end is set to the lowest valid sale and the high end is set to the highest valid sale.
hmm, as i know, of course who offered matter, rules been updated ? i've been away for awhile
It matter because of the 10% overpay..
"Offered on" make the sale at 245 keys
"Sold for" include overpay on the rotation, 166.5 + 60, make the sale at 226.5 keys
also, yeah, who offered and the circumstances of the trade can help to determine if its an outlier or not, a quicksell or not
Especialy in the case when there is big difference on the lowest & highest sale
Edit : Just realise the others "sold for" have no overpay applied, we dont apply overpay anymore in suggest? (not a rhetorical question at all)
Yeah, the overpay rule was removed a while ago. ^^
It doesn't matter anyways, the 330 sale is outdated now.
The 5 month unsold at 320 also counters 330 to an extent.
yes... you maybe right (i still think inside myself the245 one was a kind of outlier ^^)
but no matter! i'll just add my next sale in a suggestion once i sold it
ty for reply<3
I agree with 245 being on the low side here. The seller that ended up selling it for the Ge rotation was initially selling at 330, then lowered his BO to 240 and sold it in a day

id probably go 295 flat here, with a high and a low outlier, both having an indication the sale may be high or low, respectively.
Will do, thanks you for not closing this.
