All strange cosmetics are already automatically priced using SCM, so pricing using SCM sales in most situations is redundant. The only situations where we allow pricing only using SCM is when the value of the sale significantly deviates from the lowest listed value (i.e. bp.tf shows pricing at 10 keys because lowest listing is 10 keys but all sales happen at 1 key).

In all other situations, you should use item sales to make suggestions or avoid making the suggestion altogether.
